sigh.
i think the relevant question is: "am I under investigation? do I
need an attorney?"
I'm wondering if your attorney should ask them that question. if you
are *not* under investigation, I think helping them understand what
happened is fine. but, I'd want to know more about that.
your attorney still on tap? would he/she (or somebody from Harvard)
be able to have that conversation with the agent?
