project idea: scribd request form

Here's an idea for a GOA project:

1. There's a web form where anyone can paste in a journal citation.
2. The citation gets emailed to a group of volunteers with library
accounts access.
3. The volunteers get the PDF of the article and upload it to an
anonymous account on scribd.
4. They reply with the Scribd URL which gets passed back to the
original requester.
