ok.  but, let's keep our eye on the prize ... we need to get over this  
pacer hump and not get distracted.  I have 3 usps discs sitting in my  
queue for you, irs stuff is coming on board at some point, but this  
pacer thing is the one we are stuck with and need to drive to  
completion.
